Your support of the Scottish Geology Trust can make such a difference

Since the Scottish Geology Trust was founded in 2020, we have devoted ourselves to informing and enthusing people of all ages about Scotland’s amazing geology. We have engaged with thousands of people and helped run hundreds of activities. We have organised the Scottish Geology Festival, involving guided walks, fossil hunts, practical learning, family outings and beach pebble events.

We would love your support to help us continue making a difference.

Scotland’s landscapes are amongst the most incredible in the world. Its mountains, glens, islands, lochs, beaches and wild rocky places inspire millions of people around the globe. Yet so many of us never have the opportunity to see these landscapes, nor to learn about the natural processes which created them and which continue to play such vital parts in the environmental challenges to come.

With your help we can:

• work with teachers to highlight geology in the curriculum
• give everyone better opportunities to understand Scotland’s geological story
• provide a focus for the promotion of Scotland’s Geoparks
• campaign on behalf of Scotland’s geological community.

Please donate now to help us promote and protect Scotland’s landscapes, the home of geology.

Thank you from the Scottish Geology Trust.
